How Kidnomics Works

American families spend around $18,000 a year on childcare — more than groceries, healthcare, or transportation — and earn nothing back on any of it. Kidnomics changes that in three steps.

1. Upload your childcare invoice

Each month, snap a photo or upload a PDF of the invoice or receipt from your childcare provider. Any childcare provider that gives you an invoice or receipt qualifies — daycare centers, preschools, nannies, au pairs, babysitters, after-school programs, and camps. Your provider doesn't need to be a Kidnomics partner, and nothing changes about how or what you pay them.

  • Up to 5 receipts per calendar month, covering up to $10,000 of childcare spend
  • Receipts can be dated any time in the last 365 days — you can catch up on recent months
  • Photos and PDFs both work; each receipt is submitted once

2. Earn 3 points per dollar

Kidnomics verifies your receipt and credits your account at 3 points per US dollar of qualifying childcare spend. There's no minimum — a $300 invoice earns just like a $3,000 one.

3. Redeem in the Marketplace
